POLICIES

Appointments:

Out of courtesy to our team and valued guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact Blue Willow Hair Group as soon as possible so we may offer the time to another guest.

Please note that rescheduling may result in a longer wait time for your next booking.​

​

Deposits may be required based on a client’s no-show history or other circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis. A 50% charge will apply for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

​

Services:

Refunds are not offered for services. In the event of a concern, a redo may be considered only with management approval and on a case-by-case basis.​

​

For all advanced or corrective colour services, a “Meet Your Stylist” consultation is required prior to your appointment day. Same-day consultations and services are not available, as this time allows your stylist to properly assess your hair, discuss your goals, and provide accurate timing and pricing for the best results.

If you are unsure of which services best suit your needs, a “Meet Your Stylist” consultation is also required prior to your appointment day. â€‹

If you are a first-time guest at Blue Willow Hair Group or doing a significant change, consultation and consent forms are required.

 

If a guest is not compliant in signing the consent form, Blue Willow Hair Group reserves the right to refuse service.

Prices quoted over the phone are estimates only. Final pricing will be confirmed in person with your stylist during your consultation prior to the appointment.

Products:

If you are unsatisfied with a product, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

Gift Certificates:

Please note that all gift certificate sales are final. Refunds are not available for new or partially used certificates.

Extensions:

A deposit is required to secure the purchase of your new hair extensions prior to your scheduled appointment.

​

We are committed to providing a professional and welcoming environment for all. Guests are expected to treat staff and fellow clients with courtesy and respect.

Blue Willow Hair Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior under any circumstances.

We value professionalism, kindness, and community, and ask that all guests join us in maintaining this positive atmosphere.
