Out of courtesy to our team and valued guests, we ask that cancellations are made with 24 hours notice. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact Blue Willow Hair Group as soon as possible to allow for new bookings. 

When cancelling an appointment, please be aware that rescheduling may result in a longer wait time to get booked in.

Furthermore, if you are uncertain about what services you will need at the time of your appointment, please contact your stylist prior to your appointment to discuss your hair needs in a consultation so we can book your appointment accordingly. Doing so allows stylists to know how much time will be required for your service and is a necessary courtesy for our guests and team at Blue Willow.



Refunds for services will be determined on an individual, case-by-case basis to the discretion of Blue Willow.



In the event that you are unsatisfied with a product, we are happy to provide you with an exchange of product at equal or lesser value (any difference will be provided as store credit) or store credit, provided that your return was within 30 days of original purchase with original receipt. 


Gift Certificates: 


Blue Willow Hair Group does not offer refunds for gift certificates (new or partially used).

We just wanted to take a moment to update you about some of the things that we are working on at Blue Willow, protocols we are following, and answer some of the common questions that we have been asked recently:

🤍QUESTION #1: “If I made an appointment for a date that is still upcoming before you closed temporarily, does my appointment still stand?”⁣

ANSWER: Yes! If you made an appointment prior to the temporary closure of Blue Willow for a date that has not yet passed, your appointment still stands. If you are unsure of your appointment date or can not remember when your appointment was scheduled for, feel free to contact us to clarify when you are to come in. ⁣

🤍QUESTION #2: “Am I still allowed to come in and pick up my favorite AVEDA products?”⁣

ANSWER: Yes! We would love to see you! We do ask that before coming in the salon you contact us so we know you are coming and please wear a mask when you enter the salon. ⁣


MASKS: Following Alberta guidelines, we just wanted to remind you that masks are a must for both clients and our team at Blue Willow. ⁣

APPOINTMENTS: We are almost finished booking future appointments now. If you have not heard from us, there is a high possibility that we are just about to get to you so hold tight!⁣

The best way to book an appointment is by calling our location. This way we can choose a day and time that works best for you. Where are you located?

We are located in the downntown district of Okotoks. You may find us on the corner of Elma Street and Veterans Way in a historic looking, white home that has been converted to mixed use.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept most forms of payment including credit cards, debit and cash.
