    We know you will love Aveda Products as much as we do. So if for any reason you need to return your products: 

    1. Please return within 3 days, unopened, unused product only

    2. We will not offer refunds on grooming products (brushes, accessories)

    3. We will issue the refund on the same payment that was used for the purchase

    4. Customers are responsible for returning the item to the store, by drop off or mail, within the timeframe.
